(right next to the old "Johnny's Cafe on the corner) I grew up in my grandparent's house at 708.To be exact, I was there from 1965 until my Grandmother's death in 1980. Walter & Loula Jones were their names. Their house is gone now & replaced with new housing. I only have a couple of very current photos of the old house and would love to find some old ones from maybe the 40's , 50's or any earlier date. My Mom "did" have several of our own in the family collection but were water damaged from a leaking roof years ago. All were beyond repair. I may not be able to "go back home" but I can sure "look" back... So, My hope is that any decendants of our old friends & neighbors around there may have some photos for me to have copies made from.
