I can answer those questions. There are numerous books of restored marriage information and they are not online. They cover the period of up to 1888 because that was the year the courthouse burned destroying a lot of records. Several researchers have been creating the restored marriage records by searching old newspapers, church records etc. In general the books cover decades such as 1850-1859. Not all the pre-1888 marraige records burned. I was lucky enough to find a surviving 1852 marriage record for my Great-Great Grandparents. Daryl.
