Where is the death index on the NKU web site? I looked but couldn't find one. I have the Kentucky birth, marriage and death indexes on CD. My mistake earlier was that I found only one Hazel Williams that fit the known facts and assumed it was the right person. When I found the obit in the paper it gave a different date and showed she has died in Ohio.
