Thanks for the research Anne. I have been unable to find any reference either. My ggg-grandfather card at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinatti shows him dying in 1851 and being transferred from Grape Ridge, Campbell Co. Ky in 1853. It could be that it was a "local" name for somegeographical position, or a Church name, or ... who knows. But thanks for the efforts ! Edwin's family is in the 1850 Census.
