    3. I don't have any record of a DeCourcy marying a Baker. There may have been one that I don't have. I do have one married to a Shaw who was related to the Bakers. If possible, I would like to have the pictures for my website but I wouldn't put them on there without permission. Otherwise, I would still like to have them just to compare to my branch. I am definitely descended from John and Mary, but my branch left Campbell in1830. Jim . James R. 3. If I am right, I think the Historical Society for Campbell Co has some pictures. If Jerry is monitoring this, he probably can tell you. There was a family rumor that one of the Bakers married a DeCourcy. Is that true from your view point? They apparently lived next door to William DeCourcy in Cold Spring, which is the corner of highway 27 and the cross street. Right across the street from Asbury Methodist Church. On the division of the land it mention's a Baker next door. Will was done in 1840's. 3. Hello -- there used to be a wonderful site wherebyall the researcher had to do was to type in the name of the deceased (I think it was by county) and you got the number of the record and the date of death so that you could go to the library and get a microfilm copy of the death certificate. I can no longer find this and it seems that al that is available is somethig from Ancestry com, to which I don't subscribe. Is this site still in existance? How can I find it again. Also, I have a current Kenton Library card, but cannot seem to find out where the old (1800s-early 1900s) editions of the KY & Post have been moved. Are they searchable like they were when they were on the PL of Cincinnati & Ham Co? I am searching for a death of Mary Arbogast Hans born about 1859 and her husband George P. Thanks, Buffy

    2. Hi Deana. It would be helpful to know about what time your grandfather was born. You don't need the exact date but a rough estimate would help. I was also confused as to why you put your query on the Kentucky, Campbell County list ? If he was in Arkansas and Oklahoma? Was he born in Kentucky? If he was born before 1930 it is possible to find him in that census with more information. Margaret

    2. Hi there, I checked my data online from the 12 mile Baptist records and did NOT find a SUTTON/HERBERT marrage. However, I did copy off all of the Campbell Co. Marriages which are on CD Rom 223 (Southern Marriages-KY) which covers 1793-1850. I can look it up if you have a time period and/or maiden name. Was HERBERT the maiden name or groom's name? Also did the marriage fall in this time period? My friend, Jean Houston, has quite a lot from 12 Mile Baptist records and the HERBERT family as she is connected through HERBERTS. Let me know if I can do a look-up. Karen Beagle

    1. Re: [KYCAMPBE] Cook and Harvey family 1870-1900
    2. Hi Margaret, Is your HARVEY line related back to the HARVEY line of MD and VA? We have an ANN HARVEY married into a Richard WINE in Stafford Co., VA in 1732 (from Overwharten Parish church records). We know nothing more about her line. Their grandchildren, Cecelia WINE and THOMAS BEAGLE moved to Campbell Co., KY from Stafford Co., VA in the early 1790's after the Rev. War. They came first to Mason County (Germantown) then moved further west down the Ohio River to 12 Mile Creek in Campbell Co. by 1807 (first court record we have of the family in Campbell Co.). Let me know if you have any information on ANN HARVEY WINE. Thanks in advance. Karen Beagle
