One is at 19 East Main Street, Alexandria, KY 4100. The othr one is at 340 York Street, Newport, Ky 41071. The one in Alexandria tends to have records of people who lived in the country at the time of the marriage. The one in Newport tends to have records of those who lived in the city. Phillips of Losantiville, IN in the County Clerk's Office in the Campbell County Court House at 4th and York Streets, Newport, KY 41071. The record is in the Campbell County Marriages, Book 66, page 103. The marriage took place of 11 August, 1912. The witnesses to the marriage were Ray Morton and Ernest E. Bratt and the Justice of the Peace, MJ Gleason. The age of both Fred and Della is given as 21 years. This may be their actual age, or it may be simply a statement that they are adults and do not need anyone's permission to marry. I have a photocopy of the record, but it is not a certified copy. If you wish a certified copy, you will have to contact the County Clerk's Office. Andy I am assuming that you are looking at the Campbell CO. web site for cemeteries. There are Williams both at Flagg Spring and Grandview Mentor cemetery is about 2 to 5 miles from each other. On a map, Grandview is between Highway 9 and Mentor KY. Other cemetery is Beal family one and also Wesley Chapel. Peach Grove (Pendleton Co. )is an extension or off shout of Flagg Spring, but when I was there, a lot of graves are under the grass and not documented. Flagg Spring has gotten vandalized and they moved a trailer in and messed up a lot of grave sites. Many stones just stacked on top of each other. I have a map that I picked up this summer at Campbell Co Historical Society which has the cemeteries on it.
