LOL My moms grandfather was known as Elijah Bush b. 1851 Breathitt co. The story is.as told by our mom/aunts/cousins is...?????Bush girl married ????Collie/Colley. He died very soon aft. Elijah was born and the girl returned home to her parents for hel/support. The child was raised and went by Elijah Bush the better part of his life. He is buried around Breathitt co., Ky. we have a cousin who tends the graves of Elijah and his wife...Nancy Ann Deaton regularly. We can find almost nothing on Elijah and truly hope someone can help. Elijah Bush and Nancy Ann Deaton were married in 1869 and had 11 children. My grandmother was a daughter...Elizabeth (Duck) Bush who married Jasper Arrowood in Breathitt co. They too had a large family. My mother, Martha b. 1922 Breathitt co., Ky was a daughter ! of Jasper/Elizabeth Bush--Arrowood. Thank you so much. Helen Tillotson helenbob1@home.com
