I'm new to the Calloway list and am doing research on the Wood/Brown family. In particular, I am looking for information on Feriby/Fernby/Ferobe Wood, nicknamed "Puss" who married Thomas Benton Brown. They were married 10 January 1875 in Weakley County, TN. In the 1900 Calloway Census, Thomas B. Brown and wife "Heriba" and daughter Mary T. were living in the Hazel District. From family stories there were 2 boys also. Puss was the daughter of Miles Wood and Francis Atkins. Puss was the sister of my ggrandfather, Miles Lafayette Wood. I would really appreciate any help with this brick wall!
