TheTimes Leader Princeton Kentucky July 4, 1998 Gloria "Gwen" Boaz Olson, 73, of New Brighton, Minn., died Monday, June 29, 1998. A daughter of the late Clint and Lucille Mitchell Hammond Boaz, she was a granddaughter of the late Hyland and Bertha Tandy Mitchell, niece of the late Lillie Belle Childress and of Rufus Boaz of Princeton. An award winning artist and bridge player, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Olson, and two brothers, Ralph Boaz and William Hammond. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Bradley and Michelle Olson; a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Rick Pederson; ex-husband, Robert Frentress; three grandchildren, Krissa Olson and Katie and Sarah Patterson; two brothers, Gayle Boaz and Mitchell Hammond; a special friend, Paul Ohman, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, July 2nd, at 10:30 a.m. at the Miller Bright and funeral home. A private burial followed.
