Searching for any information on William James b. 1801 Va? his 2nd wife was Mrs Mary "Polly" Mason, searching for name of his 1st wife. Also need the maiden name of Mary "Polly" Mason and given name of her Mason husband. Was Polly the mother of Haywood Mason b. Sept.27, 1833 and Annie Mason? In the 1850 census Haywood and Annie are listed under James. Are they "James" or "Mason" children?? William James had a daughter Sarah R. by 1st wife.
