I just received a phone call from Sen. Bob Jackson's sec'y. She wanted to be sure I had received the email he had sent to me. She said it looks like it's very possible that HB523 will not be sent to the Senate this session for a vote. She said that both Jackson & Pendleton will vote against the bill if it does and she verified that there has been a lot of negative response received about this bill.
