hi from cottontown tennessee....... i have been looking for William for 3 years now and have a lead , ineed your help with local research.....i have been told that in 1850 census there is a William Hooper b:1820 Tn in Caldwell Co Ky....i need any and all information on him...was he in the 1860 census? did he pay properity or personal taxes? were there any marriages, births, death, divorce ?...is he or any one in the cem.book? ....any probate records, jail records, ack taxes, in the news paper etc?....he shows 7 children born in Ky 1850-1867.....in 1870 he was in the census Oregon Co , Mo. and died there...so .....any help would be appreciated..is there a genealogical socity? is there a libary with a research person? ............ so thank you in advance....charles...:o)...
