Mary, maybe you can provide me some information regarding Patsy Phelps, who is the daughter of John & unknown Phelps. As I have it, Patsy was born on 7 Aug 1798 in Madison Co, KY and died sometime before 1850 in Spencer Co, IN. She married William Chancellor ( Chancelor) in 21 Sept 1817 in Grayson Co. Service was performed by a William Anderson. I am looking for a complete list of siblings between William & Patsy. I found the 1850 US Census (Spencer, IN) that showed three children, Margaret, Wilson, & Nancy but not sure if this is the same William and if so, maybe other children has grown up and left the family. One of my cousins suspect William & Patsy had a son in 1818 (July) named Felix. Can you assist with Patsy's past? Thanks Rick Chancellor
