It's been a few years since I've been there, but the Court house folks were nice. You can find lots of information there. Also, you might want to stop in at the library, kind of kiddie corner from the Court house, if I remember correctly. Thay have a geneology section. But, remember their stuff is mostly "passed down" information, not primary sources. Vanity Biography books, etc. Not always accurate, but a place to start.
