Hi all... The final scanned images from the John Kasey Diary were placed on the GenWeb Archives page under the "History" section today. They consist of 3 pages of correspondence with a Lt. Cumpton, and 4 pages of correspondence with a Lt. Jones. The transcriptions of the pages are being done. Also, pictures from the Jean Martin Wallace collection (mainly of Big Spring and her various family pictures) were added to the photos section. With there being so many pictures now, I've redone the photo section on the main page to be a single link to the "Breckinridge County, Kentucky Area/People Photo Index". When you click on it, it will redirect you to a page with three groupings of pictures. One for Group/Family Group pictures, one for Individuals, and one for Places in Breckinridge County. Hopefully this will make it a little easier for everyone to find what they might be looking for. I've begun placing the transcriptions and pictures of the Big Spring Methodist Episcopal South Conference Church Records. These consist of several communities within the Conference area... Bewleyville, Stith Valley, and Big Spring.... off the top of my head. Keep watching over the coming days as more is transcribed and added. Happy Hunting!
