I am always skeptical about LDS information as the source is not always known and there were no checks upon data submitted to LDS concerning its veracity. The information which I supplied about "The Cut-off" is validated. But, since the exact location of the marriage in question is not available, it is possible that the couple were married outside The Cut-off (then, Ohio County, KY) and somewhere in Breckinridge County. The information you supplied from LDS appears to have been taken from a marriage bond. This marriage bond may be available from the Breckinridge County Archives which are in the basement of the Courthouse, Hardinsburg, Breckinridge County, Kentucky. You could contact the archivist there for assistance. Hope this helps.
