Arpe's wife had the given name Cornelia, middle initial the letter "J." She was 46 and born in Kentucky. See Line 42, House No. 71. The given name of Whoberry is difficult to read. I found him listed as "ARPE" (?) at genealogy.com's census index. Hope this gives you an assist.
