    1. Subject line importance
    2. When making submissions to a mailing list it is important to make a subject line that will SEARCH. Also it is important for those of us who get 100 emails a day and are forced to sort and delete them when only the subject line is available and WITHOUT reading the text. Replies that just say "Thanks" or leave the subject line KYBRECKI-L and are of no benefit to the other readers should NOT be sent to the List, but to the submitter, directly, as it just takes up the time of other readers. Often they are deleted without reading as the subject line is so generic When a REPLY is sent to the list (and is of general interest) the original text can be highlighted and hit the REPLY icon and it will appear so that other readers can see what is being replied to. At this point the subject line can be changed appropriate to the reply. Doing this will increase the number of persons reading the message and, therefore, benefit to the submitter as well as the other readers. Failing to do so will just get the messages deleted from the message list and decrease its value to all concerned. Thanks Charles Severs
