    3. Hi all... I know I've been quite for over a week, but it's due to being extremely busy on this end. Carolin Pettit in Oregon has been transcribing the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Roll/Minute book, Judy Hartsock in Texas has been working on the 1870 census AND transcribing the Garfield Baptist Church Roll/Minute book, and I've been working (here the past week and a half) on the Old Ivy Hill Cemetery in Hardinsburg. I haven't shelved my part of the 1870 census, just wanted to make sure I got all the pictures from Old Ivy Hill, Garfied, and Hensley-Dowell indexed and resized while my memory is still working. As of late Saturday night, I completed transcribing the Old Ivy Hill Cemetery of roughly 340 or so stones. I have roughly 50 "unknown" markers for various reasons, but for the most part they all came out looking great. And while it took a week to get them all named, resized, transcribed, and ready to put on the site... I knew you guys could really use them. So, as of 10 minutes ago, the first page of four pages was loaded onto the GenWeb site. Hopefully it will only take several days per page, as opposed to a whole week for one page. Once I get Old Ivy Hill up for everyone, I'm going to tackle Hensley-Dowell, as it is the smaller of the two remaining cemeteries with a little over 200 markers. I'm saving Garfield for last as it was well over 450 markers and took over 3 hrs. to photograph. In the end, it's something I truly hope you all will gain a great deal of information on missing ancestors. If you find a broken link, PLEASE let me know. While I'm working hard and trying to be as meticulous as possible in my details and information, I'm not perfect and know that there is going to be a broken link here or there... or something not working right. If it's there and a "working link", yet you can't access it... then it needs to be fixed. Happy Hunting!
