(I do not have a William R. as another child.) I descend from Joseph O. Lewis (1815-1898) who married several times. The wife I descend from is Margaret Mattingly (dau. John Barton Mattingly). There was a great Lewis family reunion in Falls of Rough, KY in 2003 organized & financed by Bud & Kathy Berger. >From the 1850 U.S. Census of Breckinridge Co., KY your John Lewis family also listed a older daughter, Mary who was born about 1832.
