Jess Bailey's parents were Rueben and Nancy (Joseph) Bailey. RB Joseph's daughter, Dovie, was married to Joe Miller. I'm related to the Joseph family through my mother. The Joseph family is related to alot of families from Eastern KY. My Grandfather had 19 children and his father had 22.
