Does anyone on the list have any information on a Frank Davis that sat on the Circuit Court before being appointed to the Federal Bench in Knoxville, Tennessee? Supposedly, Frank retired in the late 1930s or early 1940s and moved from Knoxville to the Muncie, Indiana area where he joined his brother. Frank's brother was living in Muncy and owned a large grocery store when Frank retired. His brother was Joseph Davis. The family as I know it was: 1.
