I had an uncle, Joseph W. Chambers, born May 7, 1904. He was adopted at the age of about 10......I believe. I have never been able to find any infuriation on him. My mother said he came from the same Orphanage she did....only a lot earlier. That would put him the area of Breathitt or Perry County. Do you know of m=any missing "Joe Chambers"? He married my grandmother's sister Lorene Heflin. Virginia in Seattle . I have Bessie b 1917. Do you know the first wife of Ben and his children by wife 1? In the 1930 census I find a William B Chambers in Lee County b 1916 the son of Joseph Jay Chambers and Callie Verna Davis. Is this his family. But the dates don't add up. I have siblings for Bessie as: Mattie b 1917 m ?
