Hello Carter, Have you checked the Breathitt County webpage? There is information on Stephen Bowlings homepage about most of the cemeteries in Breathitt Co, where they are located and how to get to them, and also who is buried there. I'm not sure about the other information that you requested, although my husband is a Neace, there were alot of Martha Neaces, and the Combs connnection, there is alot there as well. Have you heard about the book about the Neaces of Southeastern Ky. Im sure that this information would be in that book. The library in Breathitt County had a copy and if you write them, they could look this information up for you. They also have a wonderful genealogy room about most of the families from the Breathitt area, with books that are available for anyone to come in and look at, make copies if you like.
