I've been to Mt. Caramel (aka Lawson Cemetery) outside of Jackson. I was told where you leave the main road was part of the flood. But I still don't know exactly where Frozen Creek was located..........or if people still live there. You'll have to bare with me since I'm from Michigan I don't know all the local history. Thanks. Isn't Frozen around Hwy 15 area? When I went to Watts Funeral Home the director called where the Dunn Cemetery is Frozen. Frozen covers a large area of Breathitt Co. It is made up of many communities. I am sure that there is a main Frozen Creek, but most folks refer to a large area being Frozen. The road # going thru Frozen is 1812. At the time of the flood it would have been 15 North. I think that the flood was around the community called Keck. There is a Blanton Bridge fork of Frozen and I think there is a community called Davis. I do not know the Frozen area that well. Judy
