Did someone who is smarter than I am keep the original message about the Alford Parks shooting? I just got a new computer today, and now I can't find things. Elizabeth

It was me that posted it. It was September 14, 1938 when he was shot. He was shot in the face and died a few days later. I was looking for a newspaper article on it. I have heard it was over land or a card game. I have heard both stories. The first being he was in a card game and his step nephew was cheating and was draing a gun on him so Alf shot him before he got shot himself. The guy's name was Turner. The story Stella Trent Risner said she remembered was it was over land & he was shot in the face. She told me the name of the guy she thought it was but I can't remember.
