I am a volunteer trying to help someone find any information on James B. Wadkins/Watkins who married Cordelia Harris shortly before 1900. They were in Breathitt 1900 and 1910 and later moved to Perry Co where she is supposed to have died. James d. in Owlsey Co in 1950. We have his death certificate ordered but really need some help with Cordelia. Any information much appreciated. Thanks Yvonne
