Seeking information on a STOUT HARVEY (may possibly be William Stout Harvey) who married CENIA JACKSON about 1845. They had a daughter,SUSAN HARVEY born 1846. In l847 CENIA JACKSON married LEMUEL MILTON BAILEY and they lived in Wayne Co. VA/WV . I have most of CENIA JACKSON's family in Wayne Co. VA/WV and in Lawrence and Carter counties in KY. However, Cenia's brother, ISAAC JACKSON stated that he was born in Breathitt Co. KY in 1836. CENIA JACKSON'S brothers, JOHN, ROBERT, and, ROLAND JACKSON were in the same Union army unit as a BENJAMIN HARVEY. (14TH KY Cav.) I would be grateful for any help. Regards, Helen
