    2. Abner McIntosh is listed on Hurst St. in 1930 Breathitt, age 67 married at age 32, with Lucy age 69 married at age 34. There are 285 McIntoshes in that census including children. There are 76 Bowlings. If you have a first name I can look. Yvonne

    2. Hello You can contact the Breathitt Co Library at Breathittcounty.com. They are informed on the events of Breathitt County, also contact Stephen Bowling a genealogist from Breathitt, I believe that he was the editor of the Jackson Times, and I do know that he has done extensive research on the families from Breathitt, good luck and best wishes Joyce Clemons Neace

    3. Sorry to hear about your struggles. You certainly will be in our prayers. Hang in there. God has promised that He will not leave us and He will not give us more than we can bear. It gets tough sometimes but hang on tight. If we did not have the valleys the mountains would not be so beautiful. God bless and keep you. Betty ----- Original Message ----- From: "R. 3. Dear Folks: I have enjoyed the help of everyone at the Breathitt County Library. They are lovely people. Raymond use to do lookups, I am not sure if he still does, but his email at the library is crmoore@kih.net. The library home page is: http://www.breathittcountylibrary.com/ On the article you mentioned on John Hill drowning, I have seen that somewhere. It may have been in the Breathitt County History magazine at the Filson Club in Louisville. I am just not sure.
