My ggrandfather William Preston was born in Boyle county in 1852. His 1922 death cert. states his father was Ellis Preston and his mother was Lucy Briggs/Biggs/Beggs. William was a carpenter, his son John Wesley (my grandfather) was also a carpenter. William married Mary Adams sometime around 1870. I am looking for any information on Ellis, Lucy, William or Mary.
