Kim, This is SPAM in its truest form. The spammer is actually Champ Mitchell, who sent the message. He hit several lists and several rootsweb sites, including USGenWeb, and RAOGK, among others. What was the date on the message? I know I got some over the weekend, and so did others, as reported on several of the mail lists. I think Rootsweb is adding filters so that messages from him don't get to any mail lists. First and foremost, I would suggest not replying to his message. Then, add him to your blocked senders list, and any future messages he tries to send will go straight to your deleted items folders.
