Dear List Admin, Please consider posting the following message to your list[s]: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi all, Please forgive if you receive this message more than once. I'm trying to reach as many people as possible. Effective yesterday, I am now discussion coordinator for the SPAM list at Rootsweb. This will be my primary list now to discuss Family Discovery and their associate domains and any other of their ilk that comes along to plague us! :) Also, any SPAM-related issue is permitted for discussion. Since many of you send my Family Discovery messages out to your friends, relatives and lists, you might also want to let them know I'm cranking this group up. It's one that's been on Rootsweb's books but hasn't been used for years. I hope to make this list one that nobody wants to miss out on. To join, simply address a new email form to: SPAM-L-request@rootsweb.com (for individual messages) OR SPAM-D-request@rootsweb.com (for the digest) Put the word subscribe in the top line of the body and mail it. This list may be super quiet until Family Discovery (or anyone else) decides to begin their onslaughts, or it may be high-trafficked. We won't know until we all come together and see who's been receiving what. I hope this finds each of you having a WONDERFUL week! :) Colleen

Hi----If there is anybody out there who is interested in "Early Days of Danville" it is out of print. But call Constitution Square Museum Store at 859-239-7089 and have your name put on the waitng list for the book. I was told the more people on the waitng list the better chance she has of getting the book reprinted. Joan __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? I'm interested in all the people I mentioned especially my grandmother Jane c. Lillard who I know is buried with her parents Clarence K. Crawford and her mother Pattie in lot 45 of Bellevue Cemetery, Danville, KY. But I'm curious to see if there other daughter Nancy C. Towler is buried with them, she died in Mahattan from an overdose of sleeping pills around 1950, and was wondering if she was brought back and buried with the family. We May be related if your family line includes a lot of Craig's and Crawford's. Do you know anything about Col. John Kerr? That's another relative I'm trying to track down. Like I said I will be happy to send you the information I'm looking for by snail mail and a return envelope for your use and let me know via computer how much for copies from your book. Give me your snail mail address and I will get busy. THANK YOU for your help, Joan > __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Make a great connection at Yahoo! Hi, Kimberly, My name is Sherri Hall, and among my many "hats" that I wear, I am the list "mom", the message board administrator, the Boyle County archivist and the webmistress for the Boyle County, KY KYGenWeb site. Would you be interested/willing to have this will posted on the Boyle County website and/or the Boyle County USGenWeb archives? Also, any other family information (including photos) you would like to share would be most welcome. There is a fairly new Surname Registry that I have started, where you can list the names you are researching so others can find you. If you would like to have your names listed, just let me know and I'll get them added. To whoever it was who wanted to know where the Russell cemataries 1 and 2 were. I have the locations also all the names of people buried there. I know the people on whose land the cemetary 1 is located. It is on the Manuel and Leonard Roller Farm in western Boyle co. Manuel died a few years ago but his wife Mary still lives there. I can ask her or her dau exactly where the cemetry is on their land.
