Brown Runyon was born in 1858 in Pulaski County, Virginia, but moved to Boyd County, Kentucky about the year 1882. On May 10, 1882 he married Mary Alice Dunnagan (Dunigan?), in Catlettsburg, Kentucky. Brown's will was probated January 25, 1932, at Catlettsburg, and he bequeathed his estate to his wife Mary Alice. She died 1934 and in her will probated January 28, 1935, Mary Allice named Charles, Bert, and Rosa Prelty. The children of Brown and Mary were Charles Cleveland Runyon, Edward Runyon, Rosa Runyon, and Bert Runyon. Reportably, the decendants of Brown lived in and around Ashland, Kentucky. Any further information on Brown Runyon would be appreciated.
