Harman's Station by William Elsey Connelley. Eastern Kentucky papers : the founding of Harman's Station : with an account of the Indian captivity of Mrs. Jennie Wiley and the exploration and settlement of the Big Sandy Valley in the Virginias and Kentucky-1910 I added this book for two reasons. Again it covers some of the Big Sandy Valley area, which includes Boyd County. I saw many Boyd Names in the Index (Starting to recoginize a few) like the Rice's, Connelly's, Wiley's and many others. There are about 20 pages of Indexed Names in this book.
