My husband's family has a George Washington Dent, born @ 1835 in Indiana. It appears, however, that his father and/or mother were born in KY. Could this possibly be a family name, I wonder? It's worth a shot. The mother appears to be named Rachel. We don't know the father's name yet. Other children are Walter (possibly James Walter), Mandy, and John C.
