I am looking for information on the Brown and Alley families who came into Boyd County around 1850. Have been told that several of the family members are buried on the Homer Brown farm lands. Have looked through the "normal" cemetery listings on the Boyd County website but haven't been able to see their names so it might not be considered a cemetery and thus not listed. Was wondering if anyone might be familiar with the name Homer Brown or where there might be other Browns buried in the Boyd County area that the site might be considered a "private burial ground" and not a cemetery. Any help on the Brown/Alley surnames would be greatly appreciated.
