Boyd Researchers, Wasn't going to email this morning but I think it's worth mentioning. Visit the Boyd Cty Webpage for a few new addtions. Most notably is the 1890 Military Census transcribed by our Asst. Judy Rengel. Since there is no 1890 Census available, this is a good substitute for that year. She did a great job on it. I have about 1/2 the Photograph Indexes fixed to be Phone Modem friendly. Should be easier to view initially. You can always visit the New Picture Section to see what I uploaded instead of paging through all the Photo Sections. I will continue to index the Yearbooks I have. It will take a small turn in about 2-3 weeks. If you haven't heard the "History of Boyd County" go visit that in the General Section. It is playable on most computers, and again you need Windows Media Player, Real Player, something that plays a MPG file. You can get these for FREE off the internet.
