I have never met them personally and have been having the same problems regarding information about him. I know that Myrtle Garlina Rich wasn't the only child of theirs. They also had Marie Rich, George E. Rich, Sadie Alice Rich and William or Bill Rich. I have dates for these people too if you want them but not a whole lot of information on John. If you come up with anything please post.

Friends, I basically have 3 hobbies in my life. For the last 10 years I've been doing genealogy, which I truely love. All my life the sound of music is always with me and I can't get enough of it. My other hobby is Hiking, especially in Hocking Hills, Ohio. I found this place when I was about 18 and go at least twice a year. I have uploaded every picture I have scanned or taken by electronic camera. We are talking about 750 pictures or more. If you just want to see the Senic Pictures, don't go into the folders that start with: HockingHills2003 or say Pictures(Not Used) (These are family pictures and unedited but you may look if you have the time) Back in the late 60's there use to be an area called Sheick's Hollow. It was closed down and damned up and made into a lake. I went below the dam last fall only to find out they never flooded the main cliff area. I do have pictures of that area and it is really great, like most of the hollows. You can see these pictures at the below URL: http://www.1asphost.com/ You can type in for Username: meinhartstock: Password: guest Instead of giving you a list of where they are on the internet, you are going right to the site. PLEASE DO NOT DELETE OR ABUSE THIS SITE IN ANY WAY! I took some pictures last Friday, under: HockingHills2004-Spring. I have one that I tood by coincidence that makes a nice computer background, 100_1405.JPG Enjoy the pictures, Mark PS: I will be gone for the next 4 days starting tomorrow, I will check my email occasionally but probably won't respond until next week. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Boyd Researchers, With the great spring weather we are having finally, at least in Ohio, it's hard to think about genealogy. I have added quite a bit to the Boyd Webpage for the month of April all ready. I'm sure I will add some more, but with days off coming, it won't be as much for a while. Added a Lookup Page (My Boyd County Material) (Under Lookups) Added "A thru D" Residents for Ashland for 1897 from Teri (Under General) Added "B thru R" Residents for Catlettsburg for 1897 from Teri (Under General) Updates on the FGS (Family Group Sheets) and Obits Updates on the Pictures over 500 Now-Always Keep Checking (Check out the Family Photograph Section-Some Oldies but Goodies are Back) (Check out the Catlettsburg Section) Added Some Interlinks from Teri for Genealogy Help (Under Internet Links) Added "In the News-1918" from Teri (Under Newspapers) Added "In the News-1884" from the Past (Under Newspapers) Added New Cemeteries and Revamped the Listing (Under Cemeteries) Judy Rengel has joined and is Helping Teri with Cemetery Submissions-Thanks So Much!!! Added 1946, 1948 and 1949 Holy Family Yearbooks (Under Photographs) With Teri and our New Helper Judy cranking out the cemeteries and misc items we are adding things almost daily. I have sent Judy the 1931 Ashland H.S. Yearbook to scan so that will be in the near future. Again the URL is: http://www.rootsweb.com/~kyboyd/ I would like to add one thing. I've added over 500 pictures some with text, etc. These are not a searchable item in PICO or any search engine. To see who is in the picture or text you have to view them manually at this time. Maybe some of these will be typed out down the road. Have a great weekend! ===== Hope you find what you are looking for :) ^ ^ . .
