Spencer, Vol. II, 1886. E. A. DANIEL settled near Clinton, in Hickman county, about 1831. He professed faith in Christ and was baptized, in 1833, and entered into the constitution of Clinton church, the same year. He was soon set apart to the ministry, and labored acceptably in West Union Association about ten years. After this, it is believed, he moved West.
