Thank you Joyce for your reply. The information was most helpful. I remember my Grandmother saying there was a flood in Kentucky and after that her Mother didn't hear from Alice's family again. I did some more digging and found the following: Bell County, Kentucky Hensley Cemetery Fred Otis Carmack born 5/11/1927 died 11/18/1982 there are 5 more Carmack's in this cemetery Bell County, Middlesboro, Kentucky Green Hills Memorial Garden part 1 George T. Carmack born 11/14/1915 died 10/17/1995 C2 John H. Carmack born 3/6/1913 died 11/14/1994 C2 there are 4 more Carmack's in this cemetery I went to the Middlesboro, KY newspaper web site in hopes of them having an archives. They do but it only goes to 2000 so far. Again, thank you for your help. Jackie Howell
