The Pineville Sun January 27, 1972 Sue Mae Howard, 71, a life long resident of Bell County, passed away Sunday, January 23, 1972, at the Pineville Community Hospital, after a long illness. Mrs. Howard was born October 8, 1900, the daughter of the late Frank Howard and Hanna Smith Howard. Survivors include a son, Earl Howard, Youngstown, OH; three brothers, Fred Howard, Pinevlle, Boyd Howard, Silver Springs, Maryland, Inman Howard, Cincinnati, OH; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, January 25, at the Arnett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. W. B. Bingham officiating. Interment followed in the Teavely Cemetery, Clear Creek.
