HI Charlotte.i'm not related,are any of your RICE still in BELL Co.? i know a HERSHELL RICE he was born & raised there.he married LINDA SEABOLT & they live in TIPRELL,TN,thats about 1 1/2 miles from CUMBERLAND GAP,TN. they are nice people.i've known LINDA since 1962. and HERSHELL about as long.if yours call them on the CUMBERLAND GAP ph. 869-whatever.
