Do you know how old America Howard was when she married Albert Smith? 1900 Bell Co., KY census, district 12, hh 1: Daniel Howard 63; wife Clerinda 52; and their children - George 28; John 25; Wilson 21; Henry 19; Dora 16; AMERICA 14; Ollie (dau) 12; Noah 8; and Father Michael Howard 95 (was married to Rachel Hendrickson). 1900 Bell Co., KY census, district 13, hh 55: Matilda Howard 52 and two children Elijah 20 and America A. Howard 13. I show this America married 1904 in Bell Co to Robert Howard, son of William G. Howard and Mary Shackleford. Also have 5 children for America and Robert. One born in 1917 and one in 1922, so I don't think this is the America who married your Albert in 1920.
