She married Blaine Collins,in Claiborne Co.TN They moved to somewhere around Middlesboro,KY. They were also buried up there.I do not have any death dates, but I do have a picture of her with her mother,Elizabeth Ann Evans Shelton Hayes. Her kids are also in the picture.They were: Fred,Martha,Lorene,Ida,Paul & Silas Collins. Paul & Silas were twins. Sally was born abt.1886,in Tazewell,TN.
