I'm not looking at the date, but from memory I'm thinking Fuson's vol 2 was copyrighted in the early '40's. Fuson was a superintendent of the Bell Co schools, and one would think he would have mentioned all the schools. Your best bet might be to put a notice in the Middlesboro paper since you haven't had any positive responses.
