Rutha, Arnett's records only go back to 1950/51 everything previous were distroyed in the flood. That is what they told me. They also would not let us look through their records we had to give them the names and dates and they looked them up for us. By the way I am charlotte's cousin. who was it that wouldnt let u look through the records? Paulding County, Ohio is the same way. we had to give them names and dates, and they have a genealogy lady who looks up the information and gives it to you..
