I can't figure it out because Straight Creek isn't at the foot of Pine Mtn State Park. There are so many forks in the road on St Creek. There's the one when you first turn in at Dorton Branch. Then, there's the one where the road forks, and you can turn up either Left Fork or Right Fork. The way it's written makes you think that it's pretty close to where you just turn off of 25-E. The church being discussed could no longer be there.
