Hi, I need some information and I hope some one might be able to help. I am looking for the parents of a Daniel Napier, born Dec. 28, 1900 in, I presume, Bell County. He died on January 2, 1993 in Springfield, Ohio. He was raised by Alex and Kitty Napier of Bell County and was listed on the 1910 census as a nephew. He is buried in Pineville Cemetery. His social security number was 401-28-2988. I have been working on this for months and I can't figure it out. I don't think I have the right resources.
