T. Russ the youngest of 8 children, Graduated from Georgetown College at the age of 19, after graduation became High School Principle and football coach, at the age of 21 became Superintendent of Schools Jellico, Tennessee. He also built a thriving wholesale grocery business. In 1929 joined Air-Way Appliance Corp. of Toledo, Ohio, he was the top salesman and in 1939 became National Sales Manager for International Sales and the became Director and Vice President. Resigned from Air-Way in 1936 and help organize Rexair the Rainbow Vacuum Company. He was inspired to use water for the means of trapping dirt. In 1951 became Chairman of the Board of Rexair. T.
