If that is so, then I would make a suggestion you post some family information to either this Mail List or to the Message Board for Bell Co. wherein you provide what you do know. That is, YOUR complete name and birthdate and place, your parents and their approx. dates and and birthplaces, your mother's maiden name, if known; your grandparents' names and their approx. dates of birth and places , where they lived, etc. etc. There are SIMPSONS in Bell Co. who may have earlier been in Clay or Leslie or some other county. It is a fairly large family. In this way, someone may be able to connect them back to the 1930, 1920, 1910, 1900 Fed. Census and so on and so forth until you will be able to know who your relatives were. I will look for your posting and will help you, if I can.
